- Shutoff: Identify who controls the supply and who is responsible for shutting it off.
- Access: Explain gate, controller, valve and connection access. Mention whether someone needs to meet the provider.
- System details: Include zone count if known, drip lines and separate connection points.
- Known faults: Describe leaks or zones that are not operating.
What if you do not know your zone count?
You can still request availability. Select “I am not sure” in the blowout form. The provider can discuss the system details with you before confirming the price. Do not substitute a guess for a known measurement, and do not assume that a small lawn means a small irrigation system.
What if cold weather is already forecast?
Call to discuss availability and the condition of your system. Online submission is a request, not an emergency response promise or a confirmed appointment. Follow the manufacturer guidance for exposed components while arranging help; do not assume that a booking request protects the system from freezing.

First, send the address, contact information and system details. Next, confirm the work included and whether repairs or unusual access need a separate quote. Finally, confirm the date and access arrangements. Keep the appointment confirmation and agreed scope for reference.
